Hard Core BBQ

Today unfortunately will be the last day for Hard Core BBQ to be open on Tchoupitoulas. After a year and a half of being open, blood, sweat, and tears, I will have to be closing the doors. You can still expect to see me back doing pop ups at various locations as well as having a catering menu for parties. I also plan on doing some different style pop ups in the near future featuring different kinds of food I'd love to share with you all.

It's always hard to let go but with overhead and rising food cost I had to make the decision to shut it down.

I appreciate all of our customers and the experiences we have had together. I hope to push forward and provide more personalized service going forward.

My passion is cooking and bringing smiles to faces with my food and I will continue to do so.

I look forward to the new opportunities and experiences this will bring in the future and hope to see the love and support I have received through the years on this endeavor. You all have truly been amazing.

I may not be at a brick and mortar anymore but I will always Throw Down In The Pit. ❤️

Well Metairie, you asked so we will be doing a couple of pop ups this week! Tonight (8/22) I will be at Cheers from 6:30pm till I run out!
Sunday (8/25) you can find us at Gennaros from 6pm til!
We will be serving up Brisket, pulled pork, and smoked chicken tacos and of course for dessert the smoked strawberry cheesecake!
