Relishing the last little bit of my leftover from my random lunch at the bar at my DC area ’s , Maryland aka a restaurant. I woke up to the news that it closed hours after I dined there yesterday. No one said a word on my visit! I wonder if the staff even knew. I.am. devastated. Such a loss to the area dining landscape. I have been going to Houston’s/Hillstone restaurants since moving here in 1991 -from to to . I have met some of the BEST people I know on a bar stool there. Its a in the DMV. Say YES if you are sad or want them to stay open too!😢
