Macey received her diagnosis of hypoplastic left heart syndrome before birth. She was transported to Children’s shortly after birth and received a heart transplant at only 2 months old. She loves being a big sister, playing soccer and going to the beach. ❤️

Briella has a rare genetic condition that led to congenital heart disease and had her first open-heart surgery at only 5 days old and another at age 3. Today, she is a happy kindergartner who loves music, dancing and sharing her beautiful smile. ❤️

Damian was born prematurely when doctors discovered a serious heart condition. He has since undergone two open-heart surgeries and 11 heart catheterizations, with another surgery ahead. He’s a happy little boy with high energy and a love for snacks and apple juice. ❤️
