Well, it can never be said Clean 2 Preserve llc doesn't stand behind our estimates!!
We've done a few jobs for this particular client and they love our work, so they have us back when they need things done.
I never mess up on estimates but this one I murdered in numerous ways!

I bid this rollform gutter job and there was a little confusion in the beginning, we thought we were just doing the carport side and I made the estimate and measured via app. Somehow I wrote down the wrong length 60 feet when in reality it was 70 feet. First error.
Then when the client recieved it he said, we need both sides done. So I reworked it added 60 for the other side and added in the gutter guards he wanted. At this point I remembered when we did the siding repair for them a while back that the home was longer than the carport and lanai side by 12 feet.
So I remeasured and luckily figured out that it was 70 feet on one side and 82 feet on the other.
I rebuilt my estimate accordingly and fixed the footage and materials needed then added in labor.
All set.
I sent the estimate later that day to the client. Second error. They loved it, signed it and we ordered supplies to be delivered to the property and scheduled the job.
The first day of the job (it took two days it was insanely hot 90's with no breeze so we knocked off at 1 p.m.) The client came out and handed me the signed estimate. I put it into the file and kept working.
That night I put some receipts in the file and saw the estimate again and my heart dropped. I realized I had sent the wrong estimate. Not only for 22 feet less material but no labor added for the other side because I realized at that point that my figures were off. It was the first estimate I sent and they signed.
I did the numbers and realized after materials and paying my employee and gas we would make approximately $31.67 cents on a two day job in hellish heat!
That second day was even harder with this knowledge in my head but we powered through.
After I received the check I told my client what had happened and that, no, we wouldn't be asking or expecting more for the job nor would we accept it. He had already added a tip and that was what he did.
I made the estimate and I'll learn from this mistake. I just asked him to pass it on and if anyone asks Clean 2 Preserve definitely stands behind their estimates!

It was a joke, that week we had just done a 36000 sq ft Church, a lot of manufactured homes and roofs and then this beauty. Our slogan for the next few weeks was "Churches, Mansions. And Mobile Homes, we clean 'em all!"

And we do it amazing everytime! Whether it is a mansion or a shed it gets the same professional treatment and results.

Thank you all for allowing us to service your homes and businesses.

Just minor miracles today lol. No huge transformations, can't hit a home run every at bat but we did do a grand slam for this client just cleaning up some vinyl fence of organics and stubborn lichen. Then a light switch to rust removal solutions to remove the ugly orange tint from the irrigation overspray.
Not a drastic change in pictures but definitely changed the curb appeal at this home.

TPO ROOF TRANSFORMATION BEFORE & AFTER! 🤯
Check out this amazing restoration our crew wrapped up today at American Condominium in Zephyrhills, FL! 👇

This white TPO single-ply roof system was in rough shape. It was fighting a losing battle against years of baked-on black organic growth, heavy mold colonies, and severe surface oxidation. Not only did it look bad, but that thick layer of black grime was trapping immense heat and destroying the roof's energy-efficient reflectivity. The biggest problem with neglect like that in a TPO roof is the harm it does long term. Neglected TPO roofs in Florida's heat lose a third if their lifespan. The Oxidation and the Organics degrade the membrane iver time causing delamination and premature cracking. Don't allow this to happen to yours.
⚠️ The Catch? You can NEVER take a standard high-pressure washer to a TPO roof. High pressure shreds seams, tears the membrane, and instantly voids your manufacturer warranty.
Instead, the Clean 2 Preserve team utilized our specialized, damage-free low-pressure chemical soft wash system. We applied a precisely balanced cleaning blend that targets and completely kills the biological root systems while safely lifting away stubborn oxidation.
Look at that bright white finish! 💎 We completely restored the roof's original reflectivity, lowered the cooling burden on the building, and preserved the structural integrity of the roof—all with ZERO damage.
With 18 years of specialized roof trade experience, we know exactly how to handle tricky substrates like TPO, stone-coated metal, and clay tile. Don't let an amateur blast away at your investment with high pressure!
📍 Serving St. Pete, Clearwater, Lakeland, Zephyrhills, and all of Central Florida.
