The past couple of months, service hasn’t been where it should be. We’ve heard the complaints. We’ve seen the messages. And you’re right.
Behind the scenes, the owners have been putting in 20+ hour days trying to keep everything running as we grow — but we’ve realized that growth means building a stronger team, not just working longer hours.
So we’re making changes. We’re in the process of hiring a full team so we can serve you faster, better, and with the energy you deserve.
