Its subsidiary Oakshire Mushroom Sales LLC markets and distributes the products to customers in the retail food and foodservice distribution sectors, as well as to food-manufacturing companies. Its other subsidiary, Golden Oak Spawn, produces a line of hybrid mushroom spawn and shiitake logs for other commercial mushroom growers.
