he farms to assure “Farm to Freezer” freshness for the consumer. After the mushrooms are harvested, they are sauteed and seasoned, then roasted in our state-of-the-art, open-flame roaster. The result is a mushroom that tastes as if it came right off the grill, time after time. Once consumers try Phillips Gourmet Mushrooms, fresh from the freezer, they’re hooked.
