Something I learned a couple of weeks ago. If you freeze the super hot peppers ( Carolina Reapers, ghost chills, Brain strains.) you know the hot ones.
It cuts the coughing and gagging down by at least 1 percent while grinding them up for Salsa.

This has been a farmer Dave pro tip.
