🚽 Tree roots and sewer lines don't mix.

Did you know tree roots are one of the most common causes of clogged and damaged sewer lines? Roots naturally seek out moisture and can find their way into tiny cracks in underground pipes. Once inside, they continue to grow, creating blockages that can lead to slow drains, backups, and costly repairs.

In this video, our team is removing roots from a sewer line near a toilet and helping restore proper flow before the problem gets worse.

Matt has been in the water industry for 25 years and started Soft Water Specialists in 2012 with a passion for helping people solve real problems in their homes.

From hard water and bad tasting water to plumbing issues, Matt loves helping families throughout the Tri-Cities enjoy better water and peace of mind.

What customers don’t always see is everything happening behind the scenes, from water testing and planning installs to training the team and making sure every job is done right.

When he’s not working, Matt enjoys spending time with family, hockey, working out, traveling, and always thinking of new ways to grow and improve.
