Last chance to grab a custom-cut Ickes Beef this year. We had a customer back out on a half beef, so it’s up for grabs and can still be cut exactly how you like it. It’ll be ready for pickup before Christmas. This half weighed 452.5 lbs hanging at $5.25/lb, putting the total at $2,375.63 out the door. Let me know if you want it.
