“WHISPERS OF FALL” - Harvest Golden Ale 7% ABV
There’s a moment every year when summer hasn’t quite left, but fall starts to make itself known. You feel it in the cool morning air and notice the evening sun setting a little earlier than usual. If you’re paying attention, fall is slowly creeping in. “Whispers of Fall” was brewed for that exact moment.
We wanted something different from the big, in-your-face flavors that often come with fall beer. No pumpkin. No heavy spice. No dessert-level sweetness. Instead, we wanted to capture the season through warmth, nuance, and drinkability.
Our answer was Honeycrisp apple.
Just a whisper on the nose with enough fresh orchard character to hint at the season without turning it into a full fledged apple beer. Underneath it, soft Vienna malt brings notes of warm, fresh-baked bread and light toast, before finishing clean and crisp.
At 7% ABV, there’s plenty of depth and flavor for those first cooler evenings, while that crisp finish still feels right at home on the last warm days of summer.
Sometimes Fall doesn’t need to shout.
