Happy VICTORY MONDAY Wisconsin sports fans! We had an awesome time yesterday at Lucky Joe’s Tosa celebrating the release of “Liters of the North” while watching a Packers beatdown of the Bears. We aren’t going to go as far as saying that our Dunkel helped will our team to victory… but we aren’t going to definitively say it didn’t either. 😉 Thanks to the crew that came out and showed us some love yesterday…we had a blast. Be on the lookout for “Liters of the North” for your next game day hangout. 🍻

“Liters of the North” has officially been released into the wild in preparation for the weekend. Here’s where you can soon find a fresh pint of our Munich Dunkel for all your upcoming game-days. DUNKEL SEASON IS UPON US!!
“Liters of the North” has finally arrived.
Our new 5% Munich Dunkel was brewed with a generous amount of imported Munich malt, thanks to our friends at Valley Brewers Supply, giving it layers of fresh-baked bread, toasted crust, light caramel, and subtle cocoa.

This b**r pours a deep mahogany while being smooth, malt-forward, and made for cooler weather and football weekends.

Even better? “Liters of the North” has already landed at several local spots just in time for the big game this weekend.

And speaking of this weekend…we figured a b**r like this deserved a proper first game day! What better way to celebrate its launch than getting together, soaking in the game-day energy, and raising a few pints of Liters of the North together? So, throw on your best jersey and plan to come hang out with us for a game-day watch party and official “Liters of the North” b**r release.

Details regarding this event will be coming out very soon so keep an eye out! For now, just make sure that jersey is ready.

What do you know about a Castle full of cheese?! 🧀🏰 If you’re from around here, you know EXACTLY what we’re talking about.

If you’re from out of state…yes, Wisconsin really does have a place called Mars Cheese Castle. It’s quirky, iconic, wonderfully Wisconsin, and one of those places travelers see from the interstate and think, “Wait…is that actually a castle full of cheese?”

Yes. Yes it is.

And now...it has NOSEY NEIGHBOR B**R ON TAP!

This one is pretty special for us. Mars Cheese Castle has always been here. When we started Nosey Neighbor Brewing, moments like this felt a long way off. So, seeing our name on tap at a place that has been part of our hometown landscape for as long as we can remember is something we’re incredibly proud of.
And the fact that visitors from all over the country will stop at this wonderfully iconic Wisconsin landmark and potentially experience a Nosey Neighbor b**r while they’re here? That’s pretty dang cool.

So, whether you’ve driven past the Castle a thousand times or you’re visiting Wisconsin and just discovered that cheese castles are apparently a thing here…stop on in and grab a fresh pour of Nosey Neighbor!

Some collaborations just make sense. The guys at Component Brewing Company were some of our very first friends in the craft b**r industry. Now, years later, we are real life neighbors brewing next door from each other. It was probably only a matter of time before we decided to make a b**r together….and on Saturday, October 10, we finally get to share it with you.

We’ll be at Component for the official release of a BRAND NEW Nosey Neighbor × Component collaboration b**r. As for what we brewed? We’ll be revealing more about the b**r as the next week unfolds.

But we didn’t stop there....we wanted to bring even more to the party!!

Along with the collaboration release, we’re bringing THREE additional Nosey Neighbor b**rs for a special Nosey Neighbor Tap Takeover! That means FOUR different b**rs with Nosey Neighbor fingerprints on them, all pouring at Component at the same time. And for a small brewery without a taproom of our own, that’s a pretty big deal!

Opportunities to find multiple Nosey Neighbor b**rs pouring in one place at the same time don’t come around very often—so if you’ve been curious about what we’ve been brewing, this is one you’ll want to take advantage of. The weather is changing. Football is back. And one of the best rivalries in the North is about to heat up again.
So we figured it was time to pick a side.

While we brew in Milwaukee, we live down in Kenosha—where Wisconsin and Illinois meet and football loyalties run DEEP. Friends become rivals. Families divide. Stakes get raised. Around here, you don’t just watch the rivalry...you grow up in it. So we brewed a b**r to celebrate it.

Liters of the North is our new Munich Dunkel built for fall nights, bright lights, and talking just a little too much trash to the other side.

And in just TWO WEEKS, we’re setting it loose.
PRE-ORDERS ARE OFFICIALLY OPEN for our draft partners! Help us spread the word and get this b**r on draft at your favorite gameday destination!
We have a feeling this one is going to be a lot of fun.
