Don't know what to do with all of those garden vegetables? Here's a 10 minute salsa recipe you'll love!
Salsa Cruda
2 - 3 mild green chiles (or a 4 oz. can of chiles, rinsed)
4 small tomatoes, cored & chopped
1/2 C. coarsely chopped yellow onion
1 - 2 cloves crushed & peeled garlice
1/4 C. loosely packed cilantro
pinch of sugar, salt and pepper
Put in food processor. Pulse 2 or 3 times until chunky (not smooth). Let stand 30 minutes. Enjoy!
note: I substituted a red jalapeƱo in my recipe. It's an easy recipe to experiment with. Add more onion, jalapenos, lime, etc. It always turns out great!
