Experimenting on with our new Steak & Chop Dust as a injection. 1 cup S&C and 3 cups Apple Juice. Smelled awesome but who knows how it will taste on these pork butts. 🤔. My favorite pellet grill (P30) holding temps with only 1 or 2 degree variants all morning!

We entered a couple of our Test Sauces in the Sauces of Honor contest, and were excited to see them make the top 10 in a few categories. We plan to bring these, along with a few more, to market later this year. Thank you to Barbecue News Magazine for providing this forum for everyone to test new and old recipe formulas.

As you probably know, we don't post a lot on Social Media due to time poverty, but reading this comment about our OG ATTACK seasoning blend was so uplifting. Steak Tank HQ is located in the tiny town of Kensett, AR. adjacent to the Post Office and the Railroad Track. Long-time resident, Mrs. Faye Jones, flagged us down with photos of her rockstar cooking family from 25+ years ago. Now, seeing the family continue the tradition of cooking AND WINNING is soooo cool! A nice lady came by Steak Tank HQ today to show us some photos she had from the OG world championship steak cook-off her nephew was in 25+ years ago in Magnolia. Really cool listening to her talk about it!

Rolled out the Steak Tank Seafood Blend at the PattiWagon food truck today in Pensacola. We used fresh caught halibut and jumbo shrimp from Joe Patti's Seafood market. The Chef did a test cook and it was fantastic and soooo fresh! Thanks again to John Bolton aka johnnywolfpack.com for the inspiration and collaboration with this seasoning!
