Hello All and welcome to my world! My name is Chef Myron M. Smith Jr., and I am a native of Cleveland Ohio. I am a graduate of Cincinnati's own Midwest Culinary Institute and the Owner of Chefsmithonduty Catering Services.

I am an experienced, and American Culinary Federation (ACF) Certified Culinarian with a degree in Applied Business and Culinary Arts. I also have a Bachelors Degree in Ag

ricultural Business and Applied Economics from The Ohio State University. I began cooking at an early age under the tutelage of my Mother and older Sister. Cooking has always been such an important part of my life because, in my opinion, it symbolizes Love, Tradition, and most importantly Family. The foundation of my Catering Service is built upon those same principles as well as Passion, Honesty, and Accountability. My company expects our clients to hold us accountable for our performance and standards of quality at all times. My business is also SERVSAFE Certified and has been since 2015. For your contributions from serving in the Korean War as a young African American Paratrooper to spoiling my sister's and I by making sure that we had everything a kid could dream of.
