Wheat harvest and straw baling are underway this week. The weather has been beautiful and prayers for a few more days to finish up.

It's August already, where has the summer gone. New in store special this month is all about the sandwich meat.

We had a great time last week at the Pope Co Fair. Matt and I(Kerri) are on the fairboard and it was so much fun visiting with everyone who came down. 4H has always held a special place in our hearts and we absolutely love this week.

It is Pope Co Fair week so we will be closed this Saturday Aug 1st. See you next week.

We are excited to be posting again with our next available dates for bulk beef. They are grain fed holstein steers. We have openings for the steers that went to the locker yesterday. There will be a Fargo delivery will be August 15th if you aren't local to the area. We are able to accommodate 1/10, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, and whole beef orders. You are able to customize your order to best fit your family's needs. We have smaller bundles available also. I'm happy to send a list of what is included and pricing -- just comment what you're interested in:)

Aside from beef, we also have pork, lamb, chicken, and eggs.

All processing is done under USDA inspection at Jenniges Meats in Brooten MN

We make regular deliveries to Fargo and the Twin Cities.
