Scenes from 5 YEARS AGO!!!

July 17, 2021 was when I was first able to take this little concept from my home kitchen to the literal streets. It was such an indescribable feeling to go from corporate Chef world, cooking for thousands of faceless people on the same corporate menus, to cooking my food for total strangers, and handing it directly to them. And it's a feeling that still give me a huge thrill.

I love to cook and share food with people, so thanks for sharing the last five years with me. There's been some major changes since that hot July morning in 2021, but that's just the spice of life :)

Well Parma, thanks for the love!!!

The first annual Pieorgi Palooza was definitely one for the record books for our pierogi trailer, and we can't wait to be back next year 🔥

We may not have walked away with the coveted "Golden Pieorgi", but we did win Judge's Choice for our Blueberry Lemon pieorgi, and were consistently the only trailer still sligin' till the end of the event both days 💪💪

See y'all back in Kent this weekend
