The first VHS Movie Night is almost here! đź“Ľ

Starting this September, Bell Tower is turning the West Room into movie night central with VHS Movie Nights on the third Wednesday of every month.

And the first one is coming up soon! Wednesday, September 16th at 7pm, we’re kicking things off with Empire Records. Grab your favorite movie-loving friends, settle into the West Room and enjoy a little nostalgia with a drink in hand.

Space in the West Room is limited, so make a reservation now via the link in our story and get your group together for a night of movies, drinks and some good old-fashioned nostalgia.

Summer is winding down, which means our summer menu won’t be around forever. So consider this the sign to save room for dessert!

Our summer desserts are all scratch-made in house, from the s’mores cookie and lemon blueberry cheesecake to peach cobbler, the chocolate stout brownie sundae and our Paradise Popsicle.

And if you really want to finish the meal right, check out the dessert section of our specials menu for the beer pairings that complement each dessert.

The wait is finally over, Infinity Ring is officially on tap! This once-a-year wet-hopped beer is only possible during peak hop harvest season, making its arrival one of the most anticipated moments of the season at Bell Tower.

Once a year at the peak of hop harvest season, the brewing team heads out to harvest fresh hops. From there, they have to move fast. Wet hops have a high water content and can spoil quickly, so they go from the farm to the brew as soon as possible.

In celebration of Ohio’s harvest season, we collaborated with our friends at 8th Day using freshly picked wet cascade hops from Barking Squirrel Hop Farm. Named after the brilliantly designed fire ring at 8th Day, “Infinity Ring” flaunts a beautiful golden hue wafting fragrances of fresh grapefruit and lemon. It pairs perfectly with the waning summer heat and emblazoned sky lines of autumn.

Come grab Infinity Ring while it’s on tap, this one only comes around once a year!

Think you still remember everything from elementary school? Now’s the time to prove it. 📚

Trivia Night is back Wednesday, September 2nd at 6:30pm, and this month is putting your grade-school knowledge to the ultimate test: Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?

Get your smartest friends together and get ready for questions covering math, science, history, geography, literature and all those random facts that somehow never left your brain.

Bring your best trivia team, enjoy some food and drinks, and compete for the chance to take home a prize of a $10, $20, or $50 gift card and claim bragging rights as the smartest team in the room!

August is almost over, so that means there’s only a little more time to try this month’s food specials at Bell Tower!

Start with the Hushpuppies, Southern-style deep fried and served with roasted corn aioli. Pair them with the Main Street Kent Kölsch for a crisp, refreshing match.

Looking for lunch? The Chicken Caesar Wrap features chicken breast tossed in house Caesar dressing with Parmesan, tomatoes, romaine, red onion, and bacon bits. It’s perfectly paired with Geist Der Glocke, our German Pilsner.

Available after 4 PM, the Citrus Shrimp Pasta combines citrus-marinated shrimp, peppers, corn, tomatoes, and black pepper fettuccine, finished with Parmesan. The recommended pairing is Hallowed, our Belgian Saison.

The Kent DORA Path Tiki Crawl is coming up next Friday, August 28th, and Bell Tower has some fun cocktails ready for the occasion!

The crawl is free for Kent DORA Path passport holders. Start the evening at Dan Smith Community Park from 5:30–7:30 PM to grab a complimentary lei and enjoy some tropical tunes before heading out for the night. For more information, head to the link in our story!

Some exciting beer news worth sharing! Two Bell Tower beers recently brought home medals from the 2026 U.S. Open Beer Championships, one of the premier competitions celebrating brewing excellence.

Gold - Strong Bock: Hermann-ator

Hermann-ator was brewed in the tradition of “Salvator,” the “liquid bread” created by Paulaner monks to sustain their Lenten fasts. This mahogany-colored Doppelbock is a deceptively drinkable German lager, featuring bold notes of dark fruit, toasted bread, and savory melanoidins from a rich blend of Munich and Vienna malts.

Hermann-ator isn’t on tap just yet, but keep an eye out for it when the colder months roll around.

Bronze - Light Lager: Amaizing Grace

Did you know our beautiful gathering space was originally built as a church in 1858? We can only imagine the numerous times “Amazing Grace” was sung within these sacred walls. Mashed with a heaping dose of flaked maize (corn), this American light lager hits all the right light notes - body, bitters and alcohol. Amaizing Grace will have you singing its praises for another.
