One month down, and it feels amazing 👩🏽🍳✨
Lots of you have reached out, shared your excitement, and asked about my experience . I feel so much love from all of you. And just like I’ve been telling everyone, it’s been great! It’s so much fun! I never thought it could be this good. And when you say I look happy… it’s because I really am 😍
This is an ideal situation I could have ever asked for. 2 years into the culinary world, I’m at a place where I get to create menus and cook the way my heart desires. I have friends as my team, helping me taste everything before it goes on the menus, reassuring me and giving me confidence 🫶🏽. Don’t mind the hard work, when I have the best team.
Looking at it objectively, isn’t this the best possible scenario happening in small town Kent? I was looking for a place where I could cook, and they were looking for someone to fill their kitchen. Then we matched, we collaborated, and now we are here together. There are more details about the timing that make it feel like everything fell into place. And things take time…
