One of our newest vendors is a sight to see! Off Grid Milling out of Warren, CT uses a 1916 Meadows Mill stone-ground mill that uses a hit and miss engine to freshly mill cornmeal on-site! They will be here today and then all of September and October. Come down and see the process and grab some freshly milled cornmeal. Not many people can say they know where their cornmeal comes from, let alone watch it milled right in front of their eyes!
