Essential Functions:
• Manages and grows existing accounts.
• Develops relationships and builds new accounts.
• Sells additional services to customers.
• Inputs orders into company system.
• Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients.
• Contacts and visits customers to help them better understand company products and services.
• Handles queries about company products and services.
• Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products.
• Provides customer service to business partners.
• Provides proactive assistance and supports to clients and business partners.
• Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers.
• Assists A/R by contacting customers to receive payments on delivered products (if needed).
• The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
Required Skills:
• Previous experience in Sales and with Foodservice preferred, but not required.
• Must be energetic and self motived.
• Strong work ethic.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, attention to detail and follow through skills.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license.
• Punctual, regular, & consistent attendance.
• Must have experience with technology and be familiar with Word, Excel, & other programs.
• Able to spend long hours in and out of a vehicle.
• Able to lift 40 to 50 pounds.
