I’ve created this web site/blog to express my passion for cooking as well as to show others how simple and rewarding it can be. I come from a long line of home cooks, learning to cook in my family kitchen alongside my parents who taught me that eating with family is just as important as cooking healthy, economical meals. After a long day at work, there is nothing more relaxing, than to pour a glas

Whether it be a simple ‘What’s in the Cupboard Meal’ or a well planned out meal using garden fresh ingredients, being able to serve a delicious, healthy meal and have people smile is one of the most rewarding experiences.
