Garden updates 🪏
Our green beans are growing like a champ! Tomatoes are getting lots of flowers, and purple basil is looking beautiful 💜 Our cucumbers have just sprouted, along with our potatoes and snap peas that are not pictured. With no markets to prepare for we have had tons of time to give the garden extra attention. We laid row covers over the in ground lots and in the raised beds which will make for almost no weeding!

Finally starting to feel better… coming out of hibernation 😆 (this pregnancy has not been an easy one so far) We planted our strawberries, tomatoes, and our tower herb garden. I had a very good helper, who is always ready to work in the garden 💙 what’s everyone planting this year?

Now that’s a happy pig!

Our pigs have lots and lots of pasture to graze on, root around, and they’ve even made theirselves a large mud spa at the bottom of our hill (that floods)😂 Healthy and happy pigs produce the highest quality meat! 🐷

They have about 4 more months left with us. We have enjoyed raising them so much we will miss them when they’re gone, but our stomach’s won’t 😛

You can find him hanging out with his partner Mother Goose, drinking up all the water and leaving none for anyone else, or telling everyone else what to do whether they like it or not 😂

I have been a little MIA lately and there is a reason… haven’t been feeling my best but I’m lucky for all my helpers at the farm getting my chores done, and running the farm!
