I absolutely love using local ingredients, it’s the absolute best to know exactly where your food is coming from!
So you can imagine my delight when a lovely vendor had local fresh milled FLOUR at market last week!! 😍😍 literally grown and harvested right in Selma!! Ahh my excitement!! Here’s my first loaves with it. 60% fresh milled local flour. Cut into while it’s still warm because it doesn’t get better than warm fresh bread with dinner 😅

Good morning! New baby guineas are hatching out this morning 🐣 look how cute they are!
We are open a little early this morning and stocked with fresh warm cinnamon rolls, fresh bread and all kinds of treats! There’s samples in the stand too! These almond croissant sweet rolls were a favorite yesterday! 😍

We’ll be at the Cave Junction Farmers' Market this evening from 4-7! We’ll have warm fresh cinnamon rolls, breads, cookies and more! Including a few of these almond croissant sweet rolls! These are delicious and will be in the stand tomorrow morning also! 😍 Come by and see us!

🌿 Hi friends! Here our cozy menu headed to the farmstand this week, with lots of fresh sourdough, big bakery-style cookies, and some extra special treats. These almond croissant bars are out of this world and my favorite treat of the week!🤎🍞

🍞 ORGANIC SOURDOUGH BREAD
• Artisan Sourdough — our classic crusty loaf with a soft, chewy center
• Cranberry Brie — tart cranberries and creamy brie tucked into sourdough… such a good sweet & savory combo!
• Garlic Olive Pepper — savory, flavorful and packed with garlic, olives & fresh cracked pepper.
• Sunflower Sesame — a hearty seeded loaf with a delicious nutty crunch
• Sandwich Loaf — soft, sliceable sourdough perfect for sandwiches and toast

Are you guys feeling the shift in seasons like I am?!? 🍂🧡We’re starting to sneak just a little cozy fall goodness onto the menu this week while still enjoying the end of summer. 🤎 Fresh sourdough, some seriously good cookies, English muffins, and a hint of pumpkin are all waiting at the farmstand!

🍞 ORGANIC SOURDOUGH BREAD

🥖 Artisan Bread – Our classic naturally leavened sourdough with a crisp crust, chewy crumb, and that perfect sourdough tang.

🌿 Pesto Parmesan – Savory pesto and Parmesan tucked throughout our sourdough— this pesto is made by Bri Peach Rock Market and is SO good!! Seriously eat it with a spoon good! Highly recommend grabbing some from her and spreading it on this loaf with some Mozerella and fresh tomatoes from Tycer Creek Farm! 🤤

🧄 Rosemary Garlic – Fragrant rosemary and garlic baked into a rustic sourdough loaf. A perfect dinner-table bread.

🍫 Double Chocolate – A rich chocolate sourdough loaded with chocolatey goodness. Somewhere between bread and dessert, and we’re not mad about it. 😉

🍞 Sandwich Loaf – Soft, tender sourdough perfect for sandwiches, toast, and everyday snacking.
