Stardust Farms

Stardust Farms Organic Agriculture, Fruits, Berries and Vegetables. Stardust Farms is family owned and run since 2010.

Stardust Farms was conceived and created by Cormac McCourt and Dan Millrood to grow produce naturally on a gorgeous property in the Rondout Valley of Ulster County, New York, just 1.5 hours north of NYC. Stardust Farms is the product of many years of smaller scale growing, and a long held dream, to share fresh, natural, locally grown, delicious/nutritious vegetables, and our healthy eating/living

philosophy with as many folks as we can feed. Here at Stardust Farms we use sustainable, all natural gardening methods, without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, fungicides or fertilizers, to grow a wide variety of vegetables including, but not limited to heirloom Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Sweet Corn, Zucchini, Squash, Peppers, Lettuces, Salad Greens, Cabbage, Beets, Radishes, Green and Red Chard, Kale, Collard Greens, Okra, String Beans, Snap Peas, Sugar Peas, Carrots, Eggplant, and fresh aromatic Herbs. Crimora Millrood (Dan's wife) is an exceptional food artist, a professional pastry chef, baker, and confectioner, who prepares creative dishes that we frequently suggest as recommended recipes. We are proud to announce a developing partnership with Rondout Valley Organics that will allow us to distribute our produce to our clients in a more efficient and individually tailored fashion.

The Green Bean Cafe is now officially serving Stardust Farms produce. Fresh Juices, smoothies, soups, sandwiches, pastries, deserts and all kinds of delectable dishes are served there. I could eat there everyday! I'm not just saying this because we are old friends and business associates, it's truly scrumptious nourishment. Tell Darrell that Cormac sent you.

The Green Bean Cafe is one of those neighborhood locations. Its neighbors make up the warmth and charm of the café. BeaNOcchio's is dedicated to creating a place where our customers can come to relax and receive a high level of service and freshly prepared foods. It's been referred to as a neighborhood 'meeting place.' What better compliment than to be a part of the lives of the people in your community. It is our hope to continue to serve and cater to our neighbors' needs for years and years to come.
