🍎 One of the neatest things about owning an orchard is all the interesting people we get to meet and the stories they share along the way!

We’ve had the pleasure of meeting someone who was kind enough to share a special family recipe passed down from their great-grandmother in Zurich, Switzerland! 🇨🇭

The recipe features Uster apples, a unique heirloom variety that we are lucky enough to have in our very own apple collection here at Wightman Fruit Farm! 🍏

We love that growing apples connects us not only to history, but also to people and traditions from around the world. ❤️
