September’s here, but we’re not putting out the pumpkins just yet.

We’re setting The Long Table instead.

Chef Nicole Walker is easing us into the season the right way—with food that still has one foot in summer and the other headed straight toward supper.

🥩 Flank Steak with chimichurri over corn salad and roasted potatoes

🐟 Pan-Seared Sea Bass with asparagus and lemon herb basmati rice

🌶️ Sweet Chili Glazed Bone-In Pork Chops with sautéed green beans and roasted potatoes

🍝 Broccoli & Italian Sausage over orecchiette

A little smoke. A little butter. A little heat. Plenty of reason to skip figuring out dinner yourself.

Summer is starting to pack her bags, but Chef Nicole Walker is not going quietly.

This week’s Summer Supper Club has entered its late-summer era: a little richer, a little moodier, and absolutely not interested in another sad desk salad.

🔥 Blackened Chicken Alfredo
Creamy Alfredo, blackened chicken & fettuccine. Subtle? No. Delicious? Obviously.

🥬 Asian Pork Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
Savory pork and rice tucked into cabbage rolls, served with white rice. Comfort food took a passport.

🥩 Chimichurri Flank Steak
Bright chimichurri over a couscous arugula salad with fresh herbs and vinaigrette. Steak and salad finally agreed to stop fighting.

🍤 Honey Garlic Shrimp
Sweet, savory shrimp with steamed rice and crisp cucumber salad. The “I should probably eat something lighter” option that still understands the assignment.

Short Street Bakehouse presents Chef Nicole Walker’s Summer Supper Club — chef prepared, made with care, and waiting in the case.

Come hungry. We’re not doing boring dinners around here.
