Are Facebook Marketplace food businesses starting to compete with restaurants around the Triad? We decided to find out.

This week we tried Soul Bowls from Seasoned 2 Da T, a local business that’s new to the Greensboro area.

Everything arrived fresh out of the oven, packaged well, and still hot. We tried both the turkey wing and roast bowls, complete with dressing, mac & cheese, greens, and yams.

One thing you’ll always get from us is our honest opinion. Stuffing isn’t normally our favorite, but Jackie may have changed our minds! And Eli’s reaction might’ve been the best part of the entire review. 😂🥹

If you’re looking to support a local small business, this is definitely one to check out.

Y’all… we almost left without trying the sweet potato blondies 😭🍠🔥

Part 3 of Episode 10 is LIVE and this might be the best last-minute decision we’ve made all year 😂

I heard they were coming out of the oven in two minutes and immediately changed the plan.

Next thing I know Eli 🥹 is already standing at the counter and Bay wants one too 😭

And honestly? Nobody was wrong.

This North Carolina heat had us searching for ice cream 🍦🔥

Episode 10 of The Golding Standard took us to Dream Kreams in Winston-Salem, where handmade ice cream is the name of the game.

From Peanut Butter & Jelly to Key Lime and Double Chocolate, the flavor options alone had us excited before we even ordered.

The 4th Annual Black Heritage Day is happening Saturday from 10 AM–2 PM at the Charlotte Hawkins Brown Museum in Sedalia. There will be live entertainment, food trucks, vendors, community resources, and activities for all ages.

If you’re looking for something educational, cultural, and fun to do with the family, this looks like a great option.
