Angry Lobster Vodka Pasta 🦞🔥
Serves 4–5

Ingredients:
10 oz shell pasta (conchiglie)
3 lobster tails
2 Tbsp butter (for lobster)
2 Tbsp olive oil + 4 Tbsp butter
1 shallot, finely diced
4 cloves garlic (or 1 Tbsp minced)
1–2 tsp Calabrian chili paste
¼–⅓ cup vodka
¾ cup heavy cream
1½ cups Michael’s of Brooklyn Marinara Sauce
½–¾ cup freshly grated parmesan
Fresh basil, black pepper

Breadcrumb topping:
¾ cup panko + 1½ Tbsp olive oil + garlic powder + salt/pepper

Instructions:
1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain.
2. Sauté lobster in 2 Tbsp butter 2–3 min (just opaque). Remove.
3. In same pan: olive oil + 2 Tbsp butter. Cook shallot 2–3 min, add garlic 30 sec.
4. Stir in Calabrian chili paste, cook 1–2 min.
5. Add lobster back. Deglaze with vodka (flambé optional), cook off alcohol.
6. Add 2 Tbsp butter, then cream + marinara. Simmer 3–5 min.
7. Add pasta + parmesan + pepper. Toss until glossy and coated.
8. Finish with basil + drizzle olive oil.

Breadcrumbs:
Toast panko in olive oil with garlic powder, salt + pepper until golden. Sprinkle on top.
