Things are heating up. 🔥

We’re excited to welcome Chef Dylan Benoit back to the Keswick Sensory BBQ Challenge as our Head Chef and Emcee!

Based in the Cayman Islands, Dylan is the chef and founder of Prime Kitchen, a private chef and catering company built around his nearly two decades of culinary experience and a love of food shaped by travels to more than 40 countries.

He’s also the proprietor of Carnivore Premium Meats and Lucky Rabbit, a modern Izakaya bar and restaurant in Cayman.

But on November 7, we’re bringing him back to Keswick.

Dylan will be keeping the competition moving, the chefs on their toes, and the rest of us entertained throughout the day.

If you were at our last BBQ Challenge, you already know how much fun he brings to the event.
