The dramatic multi-level presentation creates a luxurious coastal feel, while fresh parsley, vibrant lemon wedges, and classic cocktail sauces add both color and balance to the display.

Each element was thoughtfully arranged to create movement, height, and abundance, transforming the seafood station into a true culinary centerpiece. Since 1976, Tim Sr. has been part of the heart and history of our catering family.

He first started with us as a catering driver, but it didn’t take long before he realized the kitchen was where he truly wanted to be. Over the years, Tim has done a little bit of everything — from delivering events, to creating beautiful ice carvings, to plating up meals with care, cooking behind the scenes, and serving guests with pride.

Tim Sr. represents what catering is really built on: dedication, hard work, loyalty, creativity, and a deep love for taking care of people.

For nearly five decades, he has helped bring countless events to life, and we are beyond grateful for the time, talent, and heart he has poured into our company. His commitment has left a lasting mark not only on our team, but on generations of celebrations, weddings, galas, and family memories.

A love story wrapped in soft blush tones, candlelight, champagne gold details, and the sweetest little touches ✨🤍

Madi & Jack created a wedding day that felt both elegant and deeply personal — from the romantic floral centerpieces and timeless gold chargers, to the whimsical cigar bar experience and beautifully detailed vintage-inspired cake. Every corner of the room told a piece of their story.

The warm glow of the evening, the laughter shared around every table, and the love surrounding these two made this celebration feel absolutely magical. It was one of those beautiful nights where time seemed to slow down just enough for everyone to truly soak in the joy.
