Another BIG THANK YOU to everyone who ordered from the May Menu! 🙏🙌 I am forever grateful for the constant love and support! As always, I hope the food is delicious! 🤤😍 There will more than likely be EXTRAS 😂😬so keep an eye out for a flash sale later tonight!

Summertime is a very special time for us now that my baby is in school! I'm never certain as to if I'll be able to do a monthly menu because we try to really soak up the sun 😎🌞 and enjoy our time together! However, I am hoping to do another round of chicken salad and maybe a few other quick and delicious sides and desserts! Please be on the lookout 👀 but also I hope y'all understand if I take some time off! 🥰

I cannot believe its already the end of school year, and a few weeks away from sunny summer break 👏😎🌞 I am definitely ready to soak up the sun and spend lots of time with my kiddo this summer! I have no idea what I'll be able to cook this summer, so that means its time for the May Menu!!!!!

Ground beef cooked with onions and taco seasoning, simmered in a chunky tomato broth with dark and light kidney beans, corn & green chiles. Topped with cilantro, lime juice and shredded cheddar cheese. Its hearty and filling.

Smoked BBQ Pulled pork 🔥🐖
Pork shoulder seasoned with my special BBQ rub, smoked and slow cooked, shredded with smoked onions, and topped with BBQ sauce.

A baked potato half scooped out, mixed with butter, sour cream, ranch seasoning, green onions and cheddar cheese, topped with more cheese and paprika and baked again until melted and crispy on top!

I cannot express how thankful I am to everyone who ordered from this month's menu!!! Y'all kicked my butt for 2 entire days!!! What a blessing it was to be able to cook and bake for the best customers and friends around! It was a huge order! Thank you SO much! I totally forgot to take pictures.... but I'm finally enjoying some food for myself!!!

I have a few extras ‼️‼️‼️ so look for a flash sale tomorrow 👀 if you missed out or forgot to order!!!

CHICKEN NOODLE- chicken breast slow cooked in homemade broth with chunks of onion, Celery and carrots. Thick egg noodles mixed in with special seasonings makes this the perfect comfort food classic!

CABBAGE ROLLS- seasoned ground beef, rice and onions wrapped in boiled cabbage leaves, slow cooked in a homemade tomato sauce. ***Available with or without sauerkraut

MASHED POTATOES- Russet potatoes peeled and boiled, whipped with sour cream, lots of butter, heavy cream and a few seasonings! The perfect side dish for chicken noodle soup OR cabbage rolls!

"LUNCH LADY" BROWNIES- homemade rich, fudge like brownie topped with homemade chocolate frosting. The icing goes on hot and cools to make a perfect crisp but also soft topping. These remind me so much of the sheet pan brownies we used to get growing up at school!

Lasagna soup- a rich thick tomato and beef broth cooked with ground beef, garlic, sautéed onions and Italian seasonings. Broken lasagna noodles soak up all the flavor & its topped with a dollop of a 3 cheese mixture. It tastes just like lasagna, but in deconstructed soup form!!!
