Did you know that lifting weights throughout all 9 months of pregnancy can make LABOR SHORTER and RECOVERY FASTER?! We tested this theory with Momma 🐻 shown above, and it worked! Within a short time after birth, baby L was strapped to Mom’s chest while she deadlifted 100lbs! Pretty cool, right?

Don’t forget to add deadlifts into your birthing plan!
