Send this to your gym bro. He needs it. ๐Ÿ‘‡

Everything your coach never told you about hydration:

You lose up to 2L of water per hour during intense exercise. Most sports drinks replace less than 15% of the electrolytes you lose. You've been finishing workouts dehydrated โ€” and you didn't even know it.

Those muscle cramps you keep getting? Not a stretching problem.

Electrolytes.

Sodium, potassium, and magnesium regulate every single muscle contraction in your body. When they drop, your body breaks down. Every time.

Dizzy after a long run? Headache after cycling? Gassed out way before you should be?

That's not weakness. That's not fitness level. That's dehydration.

The fix is embarrassingly simple: โ†’ 1,500mg of electrolytes โ†’ 0g of sugar โ†’ Before, during, or after training

Your body already knows the difference. Now you do too.

For every athlete who deserves better. ๐Ÿ’›

Save this. Tag the athlete who blames their legs instead of their hydration. ๐Ÿ‘‡

$300 on shoes. $200 on a GPS watch. $150 on a heart rate monitor. Hydration? Sugar water from 1965.

Something doesn't add up. ๐Ÿงฎ

Every hour of intense exercise you lose: โ†’ Up to 2L of sweat โ†’ Up to 2,000mg of sodium โ†’ Up to 400mg of potassium

Your sports drink replaces less than 10% of that. You're paying for the rest in other ways:

โ†’ Slower recovery โ†’ More injuries โ†’ Worse performance โ†’ Training days completely wasted

That's way more expensive than fixing it.

The fix: 1,500mg of electrolytes. 0g of sugar. Once a day. Less than your morning coffee. โ˜•๏ธ

You've spent years investing in what's on the outside. Time to invest in what goes inside.

Save this before you buy your next piece of gear. ๐Ÿ‘‡

You've been blaming your training plan. Your coach. Your sleep. Your macros.

It's probably none of that. ๐Ÿ‘€

A 2% drop in hydration kills up to 20% of your performance. That PB you can't break? That wall at km 35? Check your water before you touch anything else.

Most athletes spend hundreds on supplements. Track every macro. Obsess over protein. Then hydrate with 34g of sugar water.

The unsexy truth nobody wants to sell you: โ†’ Sleep. โ†’ Hydration. โ†’ Consistency.

That's the protocol. Everything else is noise.
Start with hydration. ๐Ÿ’ง

Save this. Send it to the athlete who's changing everything except the basics. ๐Ÿ‘‡

Your body needs carbs to perform. We know. ๐Ÿ‘‡

The problem was never that sports drinks have sugar.
The problem is 34g of added sugar that spikes your energy and crashes it mid-race โ€” instead of natural carbohydrates that fuel you steadily.

Your body deserves the right fuel. Not the cheap version of it.

Hydration and fueling are two different jobs.
And for too long, sports drinks have been doing one while pretending to do both. ๐Ÿ‘‡

If you're in hour 6 of an Ironman, you need carbs. We'd never say otherwise.
But if you're reaching for a sports drink because you're thirsty โ€” before training, after a run, on a normal day โ€” you don't need 34g of sugar. You need electrolytes.

The original Gatorade formula was built for athletes training in extreme heat for hours. That made sense. Marketing it to everyone as a daily hydration drink didn't.
Hydration is an electrolyte problem. Fueling is a carb problem. They're different.

We got called out. Fairly. ๐Ÿ‘‡

The comments were right, your body needs carbs and sugar does help electrolytes absorb. We never disagreed with that.

What we said, and stand by, is that 34g of added sugar per bottle is twice what sports science recommends for optimal hydration. And that there's a difference between added sugar that spikes and crashes you, and natural carbohydrates that fuel you steadily.

Zero added sugar. 1500mg of electrolytes.
We're always open to the conversation. ๐Ÿ‘‡

The sports drink industry doesn't want you to see this.
Too bad. ๐Ÿ‘€

They put sugar in your sports drink because sugar is cheaper than electrolytes.
It was never about your performance.
It was always about their margins.

34g of sugar.
200mg of electrolytes.
A label you can't pronounce.
That's not hydration. That's a business model.

We built the opposite.
0g sugar. 1500mg electrolytes. 7 ingredients.
All pronounceable. All intentional.
Co-founded by an 11ร— Ironman champion who couldn't find anything good enough.

Now you know.
Choose accordingly.
Save this and send it to someone who still trusts the label. ๐Ÿ‘‡

We bought every major sports drink on the market.
We read every label out loud.
We couldn't finish some of them. ๐Ÿ‘€

First ingredient after water? Sugar. Up to 34g of it. Per bottle.
A Snickers has 27g. Let that sink in.

Then we tried to count the artificial ingredients.
We lost count at 6.

Then we checked the electrolytes โ€” the whole point of the drink.
200mg. We almost missed them.

At the end of the experiment we had one question:
Who decided this was good enough for athletes?
Spoiler: it wasn't an athlete.

So we started over. From scratch.
With an 11ร— Ironman champion and one rule:
if you can't pronounce it, it's out.

0g sugar. 1500mg electrolytes. 7 ingredients.
Do It Again.

Save this and show it to someone who still thinks Gatorade is healthy. ๐Ÿ‘‡

75% of people are chronically dehydrated and don't know it.
They blame stress. They blame sleep. They blame their diet.
Nobody checks the water. ๐Ÿ‘€

The signs are there every single day:
โ†’ Afternoon energy crash
โ†’ Brain fog that won't quit
โ†’ Sugar cravings out of nowhere
โ†’ Headaches with no reason
Sound familiar?

Water alone doesn't fix it. Your body needs electrolytes to absorb it.
Without them โ€” water just passes through.
The fix isn't complicated. 1500mg of electrolytes. 0g of sugar. Once a day.
Most people feel the difference within 48 hours.

Send this to the friend who says they're always tired. ๐Ÿ‘‡
They'll thank you later.
