Frozen lumpia available for purchase, 15 pieces for $10. Please message me to arrange pickup or delivery within Sigsbee. Frying instructions: Set temperature to 350F and fry for 7-8 minutes if using a deep fryer. Alternatively, pan-fry on medium heat for 7-8 minutes. Tip: Use a chopstick to check oil temperature. If bubbles form, the oil is ready for frying.

My family was craving Japanese food today. So for dinner, I made Pork Katsudon - panko breaded pork cutlets with onions and eggs over rice with soy-based sauce!!

Japan was home for 6 years before I moved to the US in 2014. I spent most of my summer/winter breaks in the countryside, where I learned how to cook Japanese dishes. I also worked part time in a Japanese kitchen for 3 years!!!

A classic Filipino dessert. Usually made with Filipino mangoes, layered with Graham crackers and sweetened whipped cream. I have 2 free tubs, yes FREE!! Just comment below, it is chilling right now and ready for pick up this evening!

Growing up, we would always have plenty of mangoes from friends and neighbors especially during the season. We had mangoes for every meal, either cooked with a dish, salad, smoothie, desserts or any thing we could come up just to get rid of those mangoes. It was overwhelming!

Having been away from home for almost 20 years now, I get excited every time I would spot mangoes in the grocery store.. They may not be as good as Philippine mangoes, but they definitely bring back memories of home.
