Homemade bread with your own freshly milled flour is just *swoon*. When you start reading labels and doing the research into the chems they use in our foods / to grow our foods, you REALLY change how you eat. Bread is something I'm not willing to give up eating completely so I'm trying my hardest to get the recipe down and make better bread for us to eat.
