I present to you: the Sweet Vietnamese Breakfast Taco. 🌮

A crispy rice paper wrap filled with black sweet rice, mung bean paste, a little sugar, crushed peanuts, and topped with shredded coconut.

No tortillas were harmed in the making of this breakfast. 😄
