Our business has grown to the point that we are ready to split it in half with the right people. This summer we have been doing over 200 deliveries a month to various condos, high-end villas, and private homes around South and West Maui. Rather than continuing to expand and manage it all ourselves we’d prefer to run the business doing deliveries to South Maui and then have someone else come in to take over the Westside deliveries, as new owners.

A few notes about the opportunity:
• As aforementioned, you would be coming in as a new owner taking over approximately 50% of the current business
• Annual net income would be $100,000+ and could get as big as you would want to make it
• There would most likely be at least a 3-month, paid training period for you to fully learn the ins-and-outs of the business.
• We would be business partners in the sense that we will always help you succeed, grow, and provide support.
• As this is a franchise, we are offering this opportunity for $65,000 upfront, a 2% monthly franchise fee (on Gross Sales) until an additional $35,000 is paid, and then that drops to just 1% from then on.
• We would consider selling the entire business including assets and contracts for all of Maui if interested as that is negotiable.

Ideal Candidates would be:
• Professional – Must be able to handle yourself well with high-end properties/management
• Hardworking – This is not a lazy business. It is very active both from a physical standpoint, communication, and administration.
• A couple, family, or friends – One person alone would most likely have a hard time doing this. You will need to hire employees either way, but having a second person to help with day-to-day activities would be very beneficial
• Willing to manage 365 days a year. This is a tourist-based business meaning that both the expectations and earnings are high. However, you will have contracted hotels/companies that expect deliveries every day of the year, including holidays.

WE ARE HIRING SHOPPERS AND DELIVERY DRIVERS!!!

Maui Market Delivery currently does around 200 deliveries a month to various condos, high-end villas, and private homes around South and West Maui. We shop as a team in the mornings around Kahului usually from 7am-11am, load vans until 12pm, and then drivers are out on their route until 4-5pm. There is a physical aspect to the job in lifting the bins and coolers which can get up to about 75lbs at the heaviest, however, we have found it a nice way to stay fit! It is also important for our employees to look professional and abide by hotel policies since these are the nicest places on Maui and they are strict with our appearance and how we conduct ourselves when inside of their rooms.

The ideal candidate would be full-time and able to do both the shopping in the morning and deliveries in the afternoons 5 days a week. Hourly pay is competitive, includes occasional cash tips, and a monthly bonus. If interested please message us on Facebook or email us at [Email hidden]

WE ARE HIRING DELIVERY DRIVERS!!!

Maui Market Delivery currently does around 200 deliveries a month to various condos, high-end villas, and private homes around South and West Maui. We shop as a team in the mornings around Kahului usually from 7am-11am, load vans until 12pm, and then drivers are out on their route until 4-5pm. So, most of the time our drivers meet at our warehouse in Kahului at 11, help unload/load the vans/warehouse, and then go on their own to deliver (occasionally with a partner). There is a physical aspect to the job in lifting the bins and coolers which can get up to about 75lbs at the heaviest, however, we have found it a nice way to stay fit! It is also important for our employees to look professional and abide by hotel policies since these are the nicest places on Maui and they are strict with our appearance and how we conduct ourselves when inside of their rooms.

As far as a weekly schedule, we have space for both part-time and full-time drivers right now and our busiest days are Fri-Mon so those four days, in particular, we are needing help. We are VERY busy on holidays and weekends as those are when our customers are traveling to Maui.

With that said, since we are a team, we are also pretty flexible when someone needs a day off or schedules a trip but we just like to be upfront that holidays are pretty much part of the job being a tourist-based business. There is also potential opportunities to shop with our team in the morning as well which definitely helps someone get full-time hours with us but the drivers are our immediate need starting off.
