To answer that I had to buy the program and try it. Currently on my first round so stay tuned. But it’s a stricter version of keto by eliminating dairy products, liquor and nuts for 31days. It has intermittent fasting. Below is the link. And if anyone is speed keto let me know. I need to adjust your meals.
