Homesteading hack: freeze 1/4 cups of yogurt in muffin tins and store to use for new batches.

Ever find yourself going to make a new batch of yogurt, only to realize your kids have eaten up every last drop of the previous batch, necessitating the purchase of store-bought yogurt in order to make a new homemade batch?!? Never again! Freeze little muffin pucks of yogurt ready to drop into your new batch! Keep a whole bag of them in the freezer (and restock before you run out of them 🤪). I got this hack from a lovely friend of mine, and my yogurt-making life has never been the same 💕

I’ll get better updated photos soon, but Laurel and Dogberry are still available! (Loblolly (now Ziggy) is joining a horned herd, so we’re letting his horns grow. The other two boys are polled.) Both are PRECIOUS boys that would make excellent companions or pets.

Meet “Olivia.” She’s the little runty one and we decided to bring her up to the house to be our horse desensitizing pig 😆🙌🏻 My daughter has now discovered that she is the best little pet…and Olivia may or may not be sleeping in her bedroom 💕 She is also a big fan of Dandi’s milk! 🥛

So happy with my Dandi girl this morning 💕 100% dam-raising her triplets and gave over 3 # at 30 days fresh with no separation 🙌🏻
