With all of the health foods and supplements out there, isn’t it comforting to find a real nutritional punch in a whole food?

Enter sea moss!

Sea moss is a whole food multivitamin, providing the body with essential vitamins and minerals and a wide array of benefits.

That’s why we enjoy a little sea moss wherever and whenever we can!

Pictured is our sea moss pink lemon aid, our house sea moss gel that you take a spoonful of a day, and for a special treat our house made sea moss lemon tart!

All organic, almonds date and coconut crust and a sea moss based filling for a tart and sweet treat that builds your foundation of health, rather than taking a chip at it!

Not pictured but also amazing is our sea star smoothie with house sea moss gel! Iykyk 🧜‍♀️ 🌟

Tasty, beneficial, fresh, and made with love, here today for your health and your delight!!

Shine On with us, 10-4 today in the 💖 of KDH!!
