Today we’re tasting through some beautiful new Chilean olive oils and deciding what might be coming next to Outer Banks Olive Oil!

We actually met this producer at the Fancy Food Show in NYC this summer, and I’ve been excited to get these oils in front of our team. There’s so much that goes into choosing what makes it onto our shelves…flavor, freshness, quality, versatility…and of course, whether we keep going back for another taste. 😂

Chile is producing some incredible olive oils, and these definitely have our attention.

Hard work over here. Someone has to do it! 😉🫒
