Ann is working on getting to know her feet placement. This helps them use alot their muscles they normally don't use. It helps them start lifting their back also.

Tie your mules. Tie them to a highline or hitching rail or even on the trailer. It will teach them alot of good things.

This is Miss Kitty. She really good on the trail, but she was and is still scared of bigger trucks and atvs. If need to take another mule along to build confidence in mule, do it. If you think a bigger bit is the answer, it isn't. Training your mule is the only answer. If you use a bigger bit to help with the training, I am not totally against. To many people think the bit is the answer.

If there is something about your mule that you don't like (training wise), change it. To many times I hear people complain or make excuses about their mules. Be proactive.

I was going to work on transitions but Ann had other plans. So we worked on getting her mind trainable first. I like to do this exercise on mule that have some barn sour or buddy sour issues. Ann I'd usually really good about not caring where other mule are at, but today it was different. #
