We fabricated this custom Low Country trailer for Wallace Barbeque Co., fitted with expanded storage for wood, gear or Yeti coolers. Catch them around the greater Washington, DC area, and get in line for the ribs.

Fabricated in Texas, rolling out to Florida.

This 1000-gallon trailer was custom built for Mohawk Smokehouse in Orlando. Finished with a red powder coat, expanded wood storage and their layered logo on the firebox.

They'll be lighting fires before midnight and finding heat still holding steady when service starts the next day.

Childhood friends Jordan Rosemeyer and Ben Maxwell run their highway-side food trailer with a curated menu that earned them a MICHELIN Guide Bib Gourmand and a spot on Texas Monthly's Top 50 BBQ Joints.
