(Sorry for the double tags) Now that I have some time away from business, due to all of this rain—I want to take a moment to celebrate my good friend, talented chef, and fellow veteran, Chef JB () for leading a flawless operation this year at the All Pro Smoke Show during the 2025 Formula One event in Austin, TX.

The legend (), the incredible .scale team & especially JB’s style & leadership set the tone for what became one of the smoothest weekends I’ve ever been part of.

As always, I made time & drove the hour and a half—prepared to make brisket bowls & build tacos on the assembly line… I was honored when he asked me to step in as his lieutenant in the kitchen to help execute his vision alongside an ELITEEEE TEAM of chefs, pitmasters, and professionals who brought it all together.

The coordination,communication, respect, and focus were unmatched, TOP-TIER!!

Got to see the lovely Chef (.chefswarehouse) again…which was a pleasure AS ALWAYSS !!
I had the opportunity to work with my brother Daniel (.yoshi), who flew in all the way from Atlanta!
I also got to see & work with a lot of familiar faces from throughout the years

Moments like this remind me why I love what I do — great people, great food, and even greater energy.
