I did the impossible today. With my mom on speaker phone I duplicated her chocolate chip cookies. This is a recipe that is locked in her head and not written down anywhere

Im thinkin of offering cookie cakes for mothers day. 2 layers of cookie with strawberry or chocolate buttercream in the middle drizzled in chocolate or caramel sauce with sprinkles

Working on a Valentines menu for those who are local. If you are not local we do make heart pillows that can be customized from the color of the pillow to what is written on it
