Say hello to You Had Me at Aloha — a tropical twist on pizza night that's bringing all the island vibes.

Built on a marinara base with our house blend cheese, this month's feature is loaded with shredded pork, red onion, pineapple, and finished with a sweet BBQ drizzle for the perfect balance of savory and sweet.

We were proud to be in attendance last week as Historic Downtown Killeen celebrated an exciting milestone, officially becoming a Texas Main Street community through the Texas Historical Commission

As a downtown business and with representation on the Main Street Board, Southern Roots Brewing Company is honored to be part of the ongoing efforts to preserve, revitalize, and strengthen the heart of Killeen. This designation brings valuable resources and opportunities that will help support historic preservation, economic development, and continued investment in our downtown.

It was also exciting to see the conceptual vision unveiled for the historic Center Theatre property and the potential it holds as a future community gathering space.

We're proud to call Downtown Killeen home and grateful to be part of a community that continues to move forward one project, one business, and one investment at a time. Here's to the future of Downtown Killeen! 🍻
