Plants are PAY WHAT YOU CAN! This is the last weekend for these. They need to get into the ground and grow yourself some food! Whatever is left will go the compost so come and get them!

Day two of the garden planting. Finished the last two rows of tomatoes, 4 rows of various peppers, green beans and cucumbers in the arched trellis, 3 rows of okra. Bob put the drip irrigation in everywhere I’ve planted and the fence up to keep bunnies (and chickens) out.

Should be able finish up the rest of the planting tomorrow - eggplant, various squashes, melons, and pumpkins.

Made my first sourdough loafs today. Used my Pullman loaf pans. I think it turned out pretty good. Good crunchy crust, nice and springy, and made an amazing grill cheese.

Today’s garden transformation! Put all the trellising for the tomatoes - 6 rows. Was able to plant 4 of them. Got the trellising arches for the green beans and cucumbers put in. Most holes all drilled for plants. Tomorrow should hopefully go quickly to just pop the compost, fertilizer, and plants into the holes. We are trying a couple of different trellis options for the tomatoes this year to see what works best.
