We have beef cuts at The Depot in Potter!! Give them a follow…also stop there for breakfast because rumor is they use our beef bacon.

We have cooking tallow for sale at Chapman Family Farms & Dairy in Henry!!!! Give them a follow for their store hours…also stop there for all your fresh milk needs!

Our beef and our cooking tallow are being served at Beer & Loathing in Kimball! Give them a follow. Tomorrow is Husker Game Day…head to BNL for a cold drink, a LCC burger, and fries cooked in LCC cooking tallow. Tell Heather we sent you and thank her for supporting local!!!

Where are my blackstone users at???
Did you know using beef tallow won’t create a sticky residue? This makes it ideal for cooking and frying!!
Also, high heat tolerance so less smoke!

Btw I made a cake yesterday and used melted beef tallow as my oil of choice….tasted normal, Ryan and Sterling loved it!

We are Ryan and Elyse Lukassen, owners of Lukassen Cattle Company in Kimball County Nebraska. We sell certified all natural beef and beef tallow. Our all natural certification is audited every year! Our beef is grass fed and grain finished. All cattle are born here, raised here, and fattened here and under our ownership. All feed is grown on the ranch so we are truly ranch to table!
We process beef monthly at Bear Mountain Beef.
Our cow herd is made up of Angus, Limousin, and LimFlex so you get lean well marbled beef!
We deliver beef to a tri state radius and ship every Monday unless it’s a holiday week!
