A moment of truth from the flower farm.
Farming isn’t always rainbows, butterflies, and beautiful buckets of flowers. Sometimes it’s drought. Hundred degree heat. Broken irrigation. Pests. Weeds… and more weeds. Seeds that never germinate. Plants that struggle. And trying, and trying, and trying to make something work.
We’ve poured a lot of time, sweat, money, hope, and tears into this season. We’ve replanted. We’ve adjusted. We’ve fought the weeds. We’ve battled the heat. We’ve tried to outsmart Mother Nature.
But sometimes, despite your very best efforts, a season just doesn’t go the way you hoped.
So, with a little humility and a whole lot of gratitude, we’re going to call it:
Better luck next year. 🤍
We’re disappointed, but we’re not giving up. We’ll learn from this season, tuck those lessons away, and come back ready to try again.
Because farming is beautiful—but it’s also hard.
Thank you for loving and supporting our little farm through the good, the bad, and the downright ugly truth. 🌻
