Truce moved on to greener pastures yesterday.

Few sires leave the kind of mark he did in the time he was here. Truce helped take our semen selling program to another level and was utilized by breeders from coast to coast with success at every level of the industry.

His daughters are proving themselves in production, and his influence continues to multiply through sons, grandsons, and great-grandsons that are already making a major impact. The legacy he started is far from finished.

We are incredibly grateful to Shroyer Show Stock and the Shroyer family for trusting us to be part of Truce’s journey. We congratulate them on raising such a special sheep. He served our genetic program — and many others — extremely well, and we’re thankful for everything he contributed to each of our families and the sheep industry.

If Truce was part of your breeding plans this season, we do have a limited amount of inventory remaining — and once it’s gone, it’s gone. Please reach out if you'd like to secure some for your tank.

And then there were two. Chap went to his new home today, Herron Club Lambs, in Dresden, Ohio. We look forward to watching Chap and Blythe this summer in the show ring. Thank you to this family, one Dustin and I have known for a long time, for investing in Kennedy Club Lambs.

If you’ve been by the farm recently, you may have already evaluated this one in person and likely share our excitement about finding an FF with the kind of muscle and rib shape that parallels an FD. We were thrilled to partner with the crew at Adam Family Club Lambs on this impressive fall-born buck, and we’re hopeful he’ll be ready to go early this breeding season.

If the rain ever lets up around here, we’re planning to grab an updated picture soon. In the meantime, we didn’t want to leave you hanging on a sire we think you’ll be excited to “connect” with in your breeding program.
